Job summary

Danfoss seeks a Senior Manager, Front-End Portfolio Management to lead the Front-End Engine and growth opportunity portfolio for Sensing Solutions. You will shape investment priorities by translating customer needs, market trends, and strategic goals into opportunities and business cases.

You will partner with Product, Segment, Commercial, R&D, and Supply Chain leaders to accelerate opportunity development, ensure alignment, and drive execution across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field with strategic/commercial experience.
• Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into investments.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder-influencing skills across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the Front-End Engine and portfolio governance across the organization.
• Translate market trends and customer needs into validated investment opportunities.
• Lead strategic initiatives, partnerships, and M&A assessments from exploration to decision.
• Drive resource allocation and align investments with long-term growth goals.
• Collaborate with Product, Segment, Commercial, R&D, and Supply Chain leaders.
