Job summary

Danfoss Sensing Solutions in Denmark is seeking a Development Engineer to help bring new sensing technologies from concept to prototype. You will work with experienced engineers across mechanical, electronics and software disciplines to mature innovative product concepts.

You will gain hands-on experience in mechanical design, prototyping, testing, and design documentation, with opportunities to contribute to Data Center and Gas Sensing programs and to develop skills across multiple engineering

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Mechatronics or related engineering.
• Solid understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
• Experience using CAD tools for design and engineering documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supporting development of new sensing products from concept to prototype.
• Creating CAD models, drawings, fixtures and tooling.
• Building, assembling, and evaluating prototypes with test data analysis.
• Collaborating across mechanical, electronics, software and systems disciplines.
• Contributing to design verification, investigations and documentation.
