AIRE Ancient Baths Copenhagen is seeking a Receptionist to join our team in Copenhagen. You will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, delivering a warm, professional and seamless guest journey across front desk duties and reservations.

The role requires at least 1 year front desk experience, professional Danish and English, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays. We offer a permanent contract with 30 hours per week and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a Front Desk or Receptionist role.
• Hospitality, wellness or similar customer-focused environment valued.
• Professional Danish and English levels required.
• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field desirable.
• Warm, confident and professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting guests with a warm, professional, seamless experience.
• Answering calls and emails; respond to inquiries and guest requests with care.
• Anticipating guests’ needs and providing attentive support throughout their journey.
• Operate the reservation system accurately and identify opportunities to promote services.
• Maintain reception area to high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organization.
• Support daily reception operations, including stock control and gift preparation.
