AIRE Ancient Baths in Copenhagen is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first and last touchpoint for guests, delivering a warm, professional and seamless experience throughout their visit while coordinating front desk activities during your shift.

You will answer calls and emails, assist guests with requests, manage reservations, upsell experiences, maintain a pristine reception area, and support daily operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of front desk or receptionist experience.
• Hospitality background is highly valued.
• Professional Danish and English levels are required.
• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field is desirable.
• Warm, confident and professional with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented and focused on guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting guests with a warm, professional experience.
• Answering calls and emails, handling inquiries and requests.
• Anticipating guests' needs and delivering attentive support.
• Operating the reservation system and promoting services.
• Maintaining a clean, well-presented reception area.
• Supporting daily reception operations, including stock and gifts.
