Job summary

MEININGER Hotel Copenhagen is seeking a Reception Supervisor to lead the front desk team, ensure smooth operations, and deliver outstanding guest service across day, evening and night shifts. You will manage invoicing, hour registration, online reputation, and quality checks, while maintaining MEININGER standards and coordinating with the Assistant Hotel Manager to create a memorable stay for every guest.

Fluency in English is required; Danish or other languages advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist or supervisor with 2–3 years in hospitality.
• Outgoing personality with ability to work in a bustling environment.
• Strong teamwork and guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth operations of the reception team and provide excellent guest service.
• Handle invoicing, hour registration, and quality checks.
• Act as a great host and create a memorable stay for guests.
• Maintain MEININGER quality standards in the area.
• Lead the front-of-house team with the Assistant Hotel Manager.
• Work across day, evening, and night shifts as required.
