AIRE Ancient Baths in Copenhagen is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first and last touchpoint for guests, delivering a warm, professional and seamless experience throughout their visit while coordinating front desk activities during your shift.

You will answer calls and emails, assist guests with requests, manage reservations, upsell experiences, maintain a pristine reception area, and support daily operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of front desk or receptionist experience.
• Hospitality background is highly valued.
• Professional Danish and English levels are required.
• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field is desirable.
• Warm, confident and professional with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented and focused on guest experience.

The Role

AIRE is looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Receptionist, you will be one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, creating a warm, professional and seamless experience throughout their visit. You will coordinate the front desk activities during your shift, confidently assist guests with their requests, and ensure that our service standards are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting, welcoming and assisting guests, providing a warm, professional and seamless experience throughout their visit.


• Answering calls and emails, responding to enquiries and managing guest requests with professionalism and care.


• Anticipating guests’ needs and providing attentive and efficient support throughout their journey.


• Operating the reservation system accurately and identifying natural opportunities to promote and upsell our services and experiences.


• Maintaining the reception area to the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation.


• Supporting daily reception operations, including stock control, replenishment and preparation of gift packages and guest-related items.

Who You Are

• You have at least 1 year of experience in a Front Desk or Receptionist role.


• Previous experience in hospitality, wellness or a similar customer-focused environment is highly valued.


• Professional Danish and English levels are required.


• A degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field is desirable.


• You are warm, confident and professional, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• You are proactive, results-oriented and genuinely interested in providing an exceptional guest experience.


• You are flexible and able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
