Job summary

Kamstrup is seeking a customer-focused Energy Advisor to advance energy efficiency and the green transition for district heating users. You will analyze heat systems, guide consumers, and train utility staff, while collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery.

The role emphasizes technical understanding, strong communication, and a passion for sustainable energy. Based at Kamstrup's Stilling headquarters with international exposure.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level education in energy or environmental technology or 2+ years of practical experience.
• Experience with district heating, heating systems, or energy advisory is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Ability to translate technical data into simple guidance for non-technical consumers.
• Structured and analytical approach to balancing tasks, deadlines and quality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions and workshops for utility employees and users of our solutions.
• Monitor and analyze district heating systems and inform consumers of non-compliant installations.
• Advise consumers on energy efficiency by answering calls and providing guidance.
• Collaborate with utilities and coordinate status meetings to align on performance and objectives.
• Work with Energy Advisors and the service development team to improve the service offering.
