As part of the management team and reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s private and business customers are satisfied, engaged, and aware of their co‑ownership — understanding their shared role in delivering sustainable and affordable district heating.

Mission

The company operates one of Denmark’s largest district heating networks and is driven by a strong focus on collaboration, efficiency, and innovation. Working across disciplines and partnerships, the organization aims to be a front‑runner in sustainable heat production.

Following an intensive infrastructure phase, the focus is now shifting toward developing new customer concepts and building closer relationships with both existing and new customers. You will take the lead in this effort, managing a dedicated team of six employees and collaborating closely with the management group.
