Job summary

Kamstrup, located near Aarhus, invites a motivated Intern in Data Science to work on meter data analysis and grid insights. You will contribute to projects that support the green transition by turning theoretical knowledge into practical, customer-centered solutions.

You will collaborate with a 9-person team led by the Senior Director of Product Management - Electricity, gaining development opportunities and hands-on experience with real customer data and business challenges.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in physics, engineering, data science, or related analytical field.
• Strong theoretical knowledge and ability to work independently.
• Interest in data analysis, physical modelling, and potentially ML-based approaches.
• Analytical mindset to identify innovative ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Work with meter data and related software, systems and services.
• Apply modelling, data analysis, and possibly machine learning to real data and business cases.
• Explore how meter data improves understanding of grid opportunities and challenges.
• Drive your own defined project with ongoing feedback from colleagues.
