Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Answer and resolve incoming ProBo customer questions and issues quickly.
• Triage cases and escalate more complex issues to 2nd line with context.
• Register and track cases to ensure nothing is lost.
• Communicate clearly with customers, updating on case progress.
• Contribute to knowledge base by updating articles.
• Use AI tools as part of daily case handling.
