Job summary

EG A/S is seeking a skilled Support Consultant to assist public and private organisations with hands-on IT support across the country. You will provide technical and functional support for EG Digital Welfare products, with a focus on LUDUS and UNO. Training is provided, and AI-related tasks may expand over time.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, problem-solving, and clear communication in Danish and English within an international team. Office-based in Ballerup with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in product or technical customer support is preferred.
• Strong Danish speaking and writing skills for daily interactions.
• Good level of English for communication within an international organisation.
• Comfort with IT systems and willingness to learn new products.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for EG Digital Welfare products.
• Handle inquiries about multiple products including LUDUS and UNO variants.
• Report and follow up on system errors and incidents.
• Collaborate with colleagues and development/product teams across departments.
• Maintain internal procedures and process descriptions for support workflows.
• Share knowledge with colleagues through a specialist role.
• Communicate with customers by phone and written correspondence.
