EG Housing is seeking a proactive Support Consultant for 2nd line assistance in Ballerup. You will handle complex cases, configure and guide customers on EG ProBo, ProBo Extra, and Bolig, while maintaining thorough documentation and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills in English (and local language) and customer-centric mindset.
• Experience with case management, follow-up, and structured case handling.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with calm under pressure and maintain an overview.
• Familiarity with property administration or housing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line support for EG ProBo, EG ProBo Extra, and EG Bolig.
• Manage, follow up, and document cases to ensure timely resolution and knowledge sharing.
• Escalate and relay product feedback to Product/Development in a structured manner.
• Contribute to knowledge articles and AI-driven support content.
