Job summary

GN Store Nord A/S is seeking a Senior AI Agent Engineer to own and evolve the delivery platform enabling AI agents to assist engineering teams in delivering reliable software. You will shape technical direction, build and operate production-grade systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable, observable AI-driven workflows.

The role is based in Ballerup with flexible, hybrid work where in-person collaboration is preferred at times.

Qualifications

Experience designing, building and operating reliable software systems.
Experience deploying and operating an LLM-powered system in production.
Ability to work with interfaces, schemas, state management and observability.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the platform that enables AI agents to perform engineering work end to end, with human approval and clear visibility.
Set the technical direction and architecture, making informed decisions and communicating the rationale behind them.
Build, deploy and operate production-grade systems, with accountability for reliability, cost, latency and traceability.
Develop tooling that helps agents work effectively across a large codebase, including context retrieval and measurement of solution performance.
Design resilient workflows with guardrails, deterministic fallbacks and approval gates that people can understand and trust.
Expand automation into relevant parts of the software delivery lifecycle, while evaluating and retiring approaches that do not deliver value.
Partner closely with engineering teams whose code and pipelines the platform supports, building trust through collaboration and practical outcomes.
