Job summary

IntelligenzIT is seeking a Field Support Representative (Level 1) to deliver on-site IT support across office, manufacturing, laboratory, and data centre environments. The role focuses on hardware/software troubleshooting, imaging, and end-user assistance.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years in desk-side IT support, strong Windows OS and MS Office skills, and experience with IMAC and break-fix tasks. Relevant experience across manufacturing and lab environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in desk-side IT support.
• Proficient in Windows OS, MS Office and business applications.
• Experience with IMAC and break-fix support.
• Experience supporting desktops, laptops, tablets, printers and mobile devices.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, networks and telecom.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support across offices, manufacturing, lab and data centres.
• Build, image and deploy systems using standard client images.
• Support shop-floor devices, lab equipment and specialised PCs.
• Perform IMAC activities and break-fix tasks to maintain operations.
• Coordinate access for vendors to data centres and communication rooms.
