Job summary

Polar Latitudes Expeditions in Copenhagen seeks a Product Support Coordinator to own departures for an expedition ship. The role is office-based in Copenhagen, full-time (37 hours/week), with hours Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00 and travel for product familiarization across years.

You will collaborate across our Copenhagen, North America, Asia and Australia offices to ensure seamless departures. The successful candidate will manage bookings, prepare final documentation, coordinate charters and respond to

• Able to own a process from start to finish.
• Strong communicator in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own all departures for the assigned ship, manage bookings in the reservation system, and issue invoices.
• Handle final documentation and ship hubs for departures.
• Report final passenger numbers to suppliers.
• Coordinate charters and large groups, including managing inboxes.
• Assist with pre- and post-departure inquiries from agents, partners and guests.
• Suggest improvements to processes and workflows.
