Tailored resume and cover letter, ready to send.
Polar Latitudes Expeditions in Copenhagen seeks a Sales Support Specialist to be the first voice guests and agents hear, handling inquiries, bookings and payments with a personal touch.
The role is office-based in Copenhagen and full-time (37 hours weekly), with hours from 08:00 to 18:00 Mon–Fri and about 14–21 days of travel in the first two years. You’ll collaborate across global offices and support a high-quality travel experience.
The phone rings. On the other end is someone who has dreamed of seeing Antarctica for twenty years and finally has the questions to prove it: Which ship? Which season? Will I see penguins? Ten minutes later, they’re one step closer to the trip of a lifetime - and you helped them take it.
At Polar Latitudes Expeditions, we send people on polar expeditions to the Arctic and Antarctica aboard modern expedition vessels. Our journeys are built around sustainability, authenticity and quality, and we’re committed to greener expedition travel - from cutting single-use plastics to working closely with local communities in places like Greenland.
About the role
As Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be part of our Sales Team, working side by side with colleagues in Copenhagen and the US. You’re often the first voice or message a guest or agent meets, and you’ll help turn curiosity into confirmed bookings.
The position is office-based in Copenhagen and full-time (37 hours per week), with working hours scheduled Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00 (subject to adjustment). Travel related to product familiarization (approximately 14-21 days per year) will be required during the first two years of employment.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues across our offices in Copenhagen, North America, Asia, and Australia.
