Scrive is seeking an Expansion Account Executive to join our Berlin team, focusing on expanding engagement within the German market. You will act as a trusted advisor to nearly 400 existing customers, driving use and additional revenue while maintaining high autonomy in a hybrid Berlin office.

This role requires fluency in German and English, ownership of a growing portfolio, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder groups with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience with a growth mindset.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong prospecting skills and ownership of the sales pipeline.
• Willingness to work in Berlin, hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow an expansion portfolio within the German market.
• Manage the full expansion sales process across stakeholders.
• Demonstrate the product and run webinars and demos.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering and Customer Success to build pipeline.
