Next Job Abroad is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Officer to drive our German-market operations for an international bank redefining digital lending. You will combine high-level customer support with converting inquiries into loan and card applications in a fast-paced Fintech environment.

Responsibilities include guiding German-speaking leads through loan applications, handling inquiries by phone, email, and SMS, onboarding and verification, and collaborating with Payments/Collections to

Qualifikationen

• Native or C1 fluency in German and professional English communication.
• 1–2 years in a sales-driven environment (e.g., telesales, BD, or retail).
• Experience in banking/financial services is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems.

Aufgaben

• Sell and convert German-speaking leads through loan applications and card products.
• Provide customer support via phone, email, and SMS while aligning customer needs with business goals.
• Onboard and verify customers, ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Collaborate across Payments and Collections to drive portfolio growth and retention.
• Identify customer pain points and suggest product improvements.
