ROCKWOOL International A/S in Denmark is seeking a student to join the HR Admin & Payroll Team as a part-time internship, offering hands-on experience in a large global organisation. You will support general HR admin tasks, recruitment, onboarding, data analysis, and reporting, using Workday, SharePoint and SAP, with Danish and English proficiency required.

It is important to note, that speaking and writing Danish and English is a prerequisite for this position. Your future team: You will join a collaborative and supportive HR team, consisting of 5 HR Coordinators working with HR admin, 1 focused on payroll, and the Section Manager of HR Admin & Payroll. Together, we support all areas of ROCKWOOL Nordic region with the full range of HR administrative and payroll tasks. Being a small, close‑knit team, we are deeply dependent on teamwork and knowledge sharing.
