Job summary

Clarion Hotel Copenhagen Airport is seeking a Production Team Member to support the delivery of meetings and events. You will set up furniture and AV, maintain cleanliness, and assist with on-site tasks to ensure a premium guest experience.

You will work closely with the Production Supervisor, follow safety policies, and participate in team meetings. This is a full-time role requiring varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in setting up event spaces and basic AV is a plus.
• Comfortable performing physical work and standing for long periods.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as per event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Set up furniture and AV for events per BEOs and diagrams.
• Keep event spaces and back-of-house areas clean and organized.
• Assist guests with on-site setup requests with a service mindset.
• Follow safety policies, procedures, and hotel standards.
• Collaborate with the Production Supervisor and team; assist with onboarding.
