Job summary

Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel in København is seeking a Houseman who can set up meeting rooms and ensure smooth operation of event spaces, delivering first-class service to guests. You will be a hands-on team player, greet guests, assist in the cloakroom, and respond to misc requests while maintaining a proactive attitude.

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of a Scandinavian language is a plus. Evening and weekend shifts are included.

Qualifications

• Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
• You will have a passion for delivering a great customer experience.
• Fluency in English at minimum; Scandinavian language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sets up meeting/function rooms prior to the guest arrival in accordance to the departmental standards and the guests specifications
• Ensures the smooth running of the assigned meeting/function rooms and public meeting and event space at all times
• Welcomes our guests and assists in the cloakroom
• Helps our guests with misc. requests e.g. changing set up of the room or delivering extra meeting materials
• Is the runner for our M&E guest in order to ensure they have whatever they need
