Job summary

Bella Center Copenhagen is seeking a Production Assistant to support the set-up, breakdown and logistics around events. You will help transform spaces, move furniture and materials, and ensure areas are safe and ready for guests and exhibitors.

Qualifications

• Experience from events, logistics, warehouse work, production, construction or another hands-on environment is a plus - but your mindset matters just as much
• You enjoy practical work, movement during the day and being part of a team that creates visible results.
• You bring positive energy, take responsibility and enjoy finding solutions together with others
• You like a varied workday and are open to shifts that follow the event calendar, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when needed
• If you have a forklift certificate or category B driving license, that is a plus - but not a requirement.

• Help install modular walls and other wall elements used to divide and shape event areas
• Set up and take down furniture for parties, exhibitions, congresses and other events
• Handle logistics and warehouse tasks, including moving furniture, equipment and materials
• Support light production, repair and maintenance of furniture and equipment
• Take on ad hoc tasks during events, for example as an event steward

Do you want to be part of the team that creates the setting for concerts, congresses, exhibitions and events?

In the Production team at Bellagroup, you play an important part in making great events happen behind the scenes. You help transform empty halls into event spaces, move furniture and materials into place, solve practical challenges and make sure everything is ready when guests, exhibitors and organizers arrive. The work is practical, varied and team-based - and you get to see the result of what you help create.

As part of our Production team, you will support the practical setup, breakdown and logistics around events at Bella Center Copenhagen. You will work with colleagues across different teams and help make sure our event areas are safe, functional and ready on time.

• Help install modular walls and other wall elements used to divide and shape event areas
