Job summary

Daniel & Jacobs, Copenhagen- and Aarhus-based hospitality company, seeks a full-time Operations & Housekeeping Coordinator to keep storages organized, linens flowing, and apartments guest-ready. You will manage inventory, packing, deliveries, room checks, and contractor coordination across multiple sites.

With 250+ units and growing, this role offers hands-on ownership of daily operations, opportunities to optimize routines, and collaboration with Cleaning, Maintenance, and Communications teams

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality operations, housekeeping or logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; love tidy storages and clear labels.
• Comfort driving in the city and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate storage, labeling, and stock replenishment for linens and supplies.
• Plan delivery routes and transport items between sites to match check-in windows.
• Perform room checks, flag maintenance issues, and ensure quick resolutions.
• Liaise with external cleaning companies and share schedules and quality expectations.
• Support guests and teams with on-site requests and basic maintenance tasks.
