Job summary

Clarion Hotel Copenhagen Airport, part of Strawberry, is seeking a Production Team Member to support meetings and events. You will set up and maintain event spaces according to plans, ensure cleanliness, and assist with AV and logistics, delivering a polished first impression.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and flexibility, including night and weekend shifts. We value detail-oriented, reliable staff who can work independently or with colleagues to create exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Physically active role requiring bending, lifting and standing.
• Experience in production and large events furnishing.
• Knowledge of drawing systems and large events setup techniques.

Responsibilities

• Event Setup & Room Preparation: Set up furniture, equipment, and basic AV for events per BEOs and Social Tables diagrams; ensure rooms are clean and ready.
• Operational Support: Keep event spaces and BOH areas clean and organized; clear/reset rooms post-event; report damages.
• Guest Support & Service: Assist guests with on-the-spot setup requests and maintain a service-minded attitude.
• Health, Safety & Hotel Standards: Follow safety policies, fire procedures, and uniform guidelines; care for hotel equipment.
• Teamwork & Communication: Collaborate with Production Supervisor and team; onboard new colleagues; participate in meetings.
• Additional Duties: Work night/weekend shifts as required by event schedules and perform extra tasks.
