Job summary

Bella Center Copenhagen is seeking a Production Assistant to support the set-up, breakdown and logistics around events. You will help transform spaces, move furniture and materials, and ensure areas are safe and ready for guests and exhibitors.

The role is hands-on, team-oriented, and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when events require. The role offers exposure to one of Scandinavia’s largest hospitality groups with a focus on teamwork, problem-solving and

Qualifications

• Experience from events, logistics, warehouse work, production, construction or another hands-on environment is a plus - but your mindset matters just as much
• You enjoy practical work, movement during the day and being part of a team that creates visible results.
• You bring positive energy, take responsibility and enjoy finding solutions together with others
• You like a varied workday and are open to shifts that follow the event calendar, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when needed
• If you have a forklift certificate or category B driving license, that is a plus - but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Help install modular walls and other wall elements used to divide and shape event areas
• Set up and take down furniture for parties, exhibitions, congresses and other events
• Handle logistics and warehouse tasks, including moving furniture, equipment and materials
• Support light production, repair and maintenance of furniture and equipment
• Take on ad hoc tasks during events, for example as an event steward
