Hub in Copenhagen is seeking an Event Coordinator to turn client briefs into seamless experiences, from small meetings to large conferences. You will work with the Event Manager and operations teams, translating plans into actionable instructions across kitchen, bar and facilities.

This hands-on role requires a proactive, hospitality-minded approach, flexibility, and fluency in Danish and English. You may be on-site during normal hours and attend major events.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in event coordination or meetings/conference planning.
• Ability to translate client briefs into actionable instructions.
• Strong collaboration across kitchen, bar and facilities.
• Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate events from brief to on-site execution.
• Serve as link between clients and operational teams.
• Manage special requests and event set-ups/ resets.
• Be hands-on on the floor and support during major events.
