1 Hotel Copenhagen is seeking a Conference & Events Manager to lead planning and coordination of conferences, meetings and events. You’ll own the pre-planning phase, translate client needs into action, and align hotel teams to deliver seamless events.

In this role you’ll collaborate with Sales, F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping and Engineering, manage room setups, AV, timings and guest flows, and serve as the client’s main contact from planning through event delivery.

Competenze

• Previous experience in conference and event planning, hospitality or a similar client-facing coordination role would be ideal.

Mansioni

• Take ownership of the planning and coordination of confirmed conferences and events.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the pre-planning process.
• Coordinate with Sales, F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments to align the event plan.
• Manage event details such as room setups, timings, food and beverage requirements, AV and technical needs, guest flows and special requests.
• Prepare and communicate clear and accurate event information to all relevant teams.
• Lead or participate in planning meetings and operational briefings ahead of events.
• Stay close to the event on the day and be the client’s key contact throughout.
• Anticipate challenges and work proactively with the team to find solutions.
• Ensure a smooth handover between planning and operations and deliver the promised experience.
• Build strong relationships with clients and hotel teams.
