Job summary

LEGO Group seeks a Regional Trade & Partnership Manager to grow visitation and revenue by building relationships with travel trade and commercial partners across Europe. The role includes negotiating agreements that deliver mutual value and leveraging brand exposure alongside ticket sales.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Relocation/visa not offered; closing date is 6 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing commercial partnerships or trade accounts that grew revenue or visitation.
• Ability to identify opportunities and manage a partner pipeline with prioritised commercial effort.
• Proven track record negotiating agreements balancing business results and mutual value.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the European portfolio across travel partners and commercial channels.
• Identify, pitch and negotiate partnerships that grow ticket sales and awareness.
• Review partner performance and strengthen valuable relationships.
• Collaborate with revenue, marketing and regional teams to align pricing and activation.
• Track performance and provide clear recommendations based on learnings.
