LEGO Group is seeking a Regional Trade & Partnership Manager to grow visitation and revenue through a focused network of travel trade and commercial partners across Europe. You will develop relationships, negotiate mutual value and boost brand visibility alongside ticket sales.

The role is hybrid with a Best of Both model, requiring three days in the office and two days from home. You will own the European partner portfolio, identify opportunities, and collaborate with marketing, revenue

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing commercial partnerships or trade accounts that grew revenue and visitation.
• Negotiated commercial agreements balancing business results and mutual value.
• Identified new business opportunities and managed a partner pipeline, prioritising commercial effort.

Responsabilités

• Own and develop the European portfolio across travel partners, tourism organisations, resellers and affiliates.
• Identify, pitch and negotiate partnerships that grow ticket sales and awareness.
• Review partner performance and strengthen valuable relationships.
• Work with revenue management and operations to align pricing and partner activation.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and regional leaders to develop local opportunities.
• Track commercial performance and turn insights into clear recommendations.
