Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark, is hiring a Regional Trade & Partnership Manager to grow visitation and revenue across Europe by developing partnerships with travel trade and commercial channels. The role supports a hybrid Best of Both schedule with 3 days in office and 2 from home.

You will negotiate agreements, identify opportunities, and collaborate with marketing, revenue management and regional leaders to maximize partner value and brand exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing commercial partnerships that grew revenue or visitation.
• Negotiated commercial agreements balancing business results, long-term relationships and mutual value.
• Identified new business opportunities and managed a partner pipeline, prioritising where to focus commercial effort.
• Reviewed partner performance and improved trade accounts to increase revenue or attendance.
• Developed partnerships that created brand exposure or audience reach alongside direct sales.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the European portfolio across travel partners, tourism organisations, resellers, affiliates and other commercial channels.
• Identify, pitch and negotiate partnerships that grow ticket sales, visitation and awareness.
• Review partner performance, strengthen valuable relationships and recommend where to simplify or reshape the portfolio.
• Work with revenue management and operational colleagues to align pricing, agreements and partner activation.
• Partner with marketing teams, regional leaders and attraction Heads of LDCs to develop locally relevant opportunities.
