Job summary

Relesys seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and grow one of our software teams. You’ll drive growth, performance and delivery, foster AI-enabled development, and translate strategy into clear priorities and predictable release rhythms.

You’ll own architecture decisions, production health, security posture, and technical debt while coaching engineers toward sustainable growth. You’ll collaborate with Product, Design and engineers to identify AI use cases, run focused experiments, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• +5 years of relevant experience as software engineer or similar and ideally understanding of modern SaaS product development in an agile environment.
• Experience directly managing software engineers with regular one-on-ones, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Track record of helping engineers grow and building teams with clear expectations and sustainable delivery practices.
• Practical experience applying AI tools to software development and ability to guide experimentation and adoption.
