Job summary

Deel is seeking a Staff Product Designer, Growth to shape growth-focused products. You will lead design initiatives, collaborating with product, data, and marketing to drive activation, engagement and retention. You’ll mentor designers, iterating quickly with data-backed experiments and improving the design system to meet growth goals.

You will work with a global team, exploring AI-powered features and scalable experiences, while balancing ambiguity with clear, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years as a Product Designer with at least 2 years in a Staff level role.
• Strong UI/UX and visual design skills with prototyping.
• Growth mindset with data-driven decision making and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth design initiatives across multiple products, aligning with activation and retention metrics.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and marketing to test hypotheses.
• Partner with Deel UI to drive growth-focused design system enhancements.
• Design, prototype, and run rapid experiments to validate ideas.
