Job summary

The LEGO Group seeks an Engineering Management System Lead Professional to develop, maintain and enhance the Engineering Management System across the first LEGO engineering organisation. You will connect standards, governance, digital tools and knowledge assets into a practical framework that supports engineering delivery.

You will act as SME for EMS, ensuring standards, governance, digital solutions, analytics and knowledge assets work together effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering, manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Delivered management systems or quality management systems in professional settings.
• Built process management and standardisation frameworks for consistent ways of working.
• Developed standards, governance frameworks and guidance materials.
• Managed SharePoint administration and knowledge platforms.
• Used Jira/Confluence/SharePoint to support delivery.
• Created dashboards and analytics using Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve Engineering Management System components.
• Create and manage standards, templates and documentation.
• Support governance frameworks and management system architecture.
• Improve accessibility, consistency and usability across content.
• Develop digital solutions using SharePoint, Confluence, Jira and Power BI.
• Support workflow optimisation, automation and performance reporting.
• Create learning materials to strengthen adoption.
• Explore AI, automation and digital solutions to enhance the system.
