Job summary

You will connect standards, governance, digital tools, analytics and knowledge assets into a practical framework that supports engineering delivery.

You’ll act as a subject matter expert, ensuring that standards, governance, digital solutions and knowledge assets work together as a coherent, accessible system for engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering management systems, operational systems, or quality management systems.
• Built process management and standardisation frameworks supporting consistent ways of working.
• Developed standards, documentation, governance frameworks, and supporting guidance materials.
• Managed knowledge platforms, content structures, or knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve EMS components and supporting structures.
• Create and manage standards, templates, guidance material, and documentation.
• Support engineering processes, governance frameworks, and system architecture.
• Improve accessibility, consistency, and usability across EMS content.
• Develop digital solutions using SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, and Power BI.
• Support workflow optimisation, automation initiatives, and performance reporting.
• Create learning and capability-building materials to strengthen adoption.
