Job summary

The LEGO Group in Denmark is seeking an Engineering Delivery & Operational Excellence Partner to embed Lean thinking across MD&I and E&W. You will help leaders improve performance, translate strategy into execution and build sustainable capability.

You will collaborate with senior leaders across sites and programmes, guiding delivery systems and governance to raise clarity, alignment and delivery results in a globally connected engineering organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lean, Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement within engineering, manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of operational or engineering delivery systems.
• Experience influencing leaders and teams without direct authority.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional organisations.
• The ability to connect strategic intent with operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and embed the Engineering Delivery System across engineering and manufacturing environments.
• Apply Lean and Operational Excellence principles to improve performance and delivery outcomes.
• Strengthen leadership routines, governance and performance management practices.
• Facilitate structured problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Translate strategic priorities into measurable actions and results.
• Support leaders in building sustainable capability and operational discipline.
