Job summary

The LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark, seeks an Engineering Management System Lead Professional to unify standards, governance, digital tools and knowledge for engineering delivery. You will connect management system components to enable practical, scalable performance across the organisation.

You will collaborate with EMS leadership and partners to evolve the system, drive adoption, and leverage AI, automation and analytics to improve usability and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering, manufacturing or industrial environments to understand practical delivery realities.
• Delivered management systems or quality management systems in a professional setting.
• Built process management and standardisation frameworks to support consistent ways of working.
• Developed standards, governance frameworks and guidance materials.
• Managed SharePoint administration, content structures, or knowledge platforms.
• Used Confluence, Jira or similar tools to support delivery.
• Created dashboards or analytics using Power BI or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve Engineering Management System components and supporting structures.
• Create and manage standards, templates, guidance material, and documentation.
• Support engineering processes, governance frameworks, and system architecture.
• Improve accessibility, consistency, and usability across management system content.
• Develop digital solutions using SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, and Power BI.
• Support workflow optimization, automation initiatives, and performance reporting.
• Create communication, learning, and capability-building materials to strengthen adoption.
• Explore AI, automation, and digital solutions to improve usability and effectiveness.
