The LEGO Group is seeking an Engineering Delivery & Operational Excellence Partner to work with leaders across Manufacturing Design & Implementation and the Engineering & Workplace organisation. You will embed Lean thinking and structured ways of working, helping teams across sites improve performance and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lean, Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement within engineering, manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of operational or engineering delivery systems.
• Experience influencing leaders and teams without direct authority.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and embed the Engineering Delivery System across engineering and manufacturing environments.
• Apply Lean and Operational Excellence principles to improve performance and delivery outcomes.
• Strengthen leadership routines, governance and performance management practices.
• Facilitate structured problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Translate strategic priorities into measurable actions and results.
• Support leaders in building sustainable capability and operational discipline.
• Drive behavioural and cultural change that delivers long-term impact.
