Job summary

EG is seeking an Engineering Director to own a platform spanning three verticals—leading managers through change, not just individual contributors. You will drive modernisation of ASPECT4, the IBM i foundation, and build new modules in a modern stack while preserving value delivery to customers.

Based in Aarhus, you will lead teams across Denmark and India, set the technology strategy, and own the full platform with a seat on the engineering management team.

Qualifications

• Leads and develops managers rather than individual contributors.
• Experience delivering both SaaS and on-premises software to customers.
• Fluent in English; Danish not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the ongoing modernisation of the tech stack while maintaining live delivery.
• Define and communicate the technology strategy across three verticals (Transport, Manufacturing, Fashion).
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to align technical direction with business needs.
