Job summary

Siteimprove is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for Content Platform in Copenhagen. You will own the Content Platform’s ingestion surface, drive modernization, and manage two engineering teams with Senior Leaders to deliver reliable, cost-efficient systems.

You will set KPIs, oversee AI-driven delivery, and collaborate with Product and UX to translate strategy into local decisions while aligning with Seattle goals. The role is hybrid and based in Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• Backend engineering experience in distributed systems
• High-throughput data ingestion
• Experience crawling at scale
• Leadership and people management experience

Responsibilities

• Own Content Platform ingestion surface including availability and throughput
• Lead two Copenhagen engineering teams with Technical Leaders
• Define KPIs and measure throughput, cost, and reliability
• Drive AI-native delivery and platform modernization initiatives
• Collaborate with Product and UX to align on goals and roadmaps
