Job summary

SimCorp A/S is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead 1-2 Software Engineer teams within the Corporate Actions Product Area in Copenhagen. You will combine technical leadership with modern engineering practices and AI-enabled delivery to automate corporate action events processing for leading investment managers.

You will work with Product Management to define outcomes, guide day-to-day scrum, and collaborate across engineering leaders to improve quality, security, delivery, and performance

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of software engineers (4+ years).
• Strong software engineering foundation; coach teams on architecture, system design, quality engineering, AI-assisted development, observability, performance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1-2 teams of Software Engineers within Corporate Actions Product Area.
• Collaborate with Product Management to refine customer outcomes.
• Direct day-to-day scrum activities for short-term deliverables and long-term improvements.
• Partner with other engineering leaders on product quality, security, delivery, and system performance.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the product areas.
