Qualifications

7+ years of practical experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering in production environments.

Responsibilities

Own the architecture and long-term technical direction for core platform capabilities — Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, secrets management, and source code hosting
Manage and deliver complex platform migrations and major technical initiatives end-to-end, from design through production
Set platform-wide standards and engineering practices and promote their adoption across development teams
Act as the primary technical authority on platform decisions, balancing reliability, security, and developer experience
Represent the platform in cross-team architecture forums and align on technical direction with senior engineering stakeholders
Identify systemic risks and implement proactive platform improvements before they escalation into incidents
Mentor and grow mid-level team members through code review, pairing, and architectural discussions
