Job summary

Danfoss Drives is seeking a DevOps Lead to shape the future of a large-scale development platform used by hundreds of developers. You will define technical direction, integrate DevOps, data, and AI, and raise engineering standards in a hybrid, multi‑site setup.

You will mentor teams, influence architecture, and drive CI/CD, IaC, and cloud strategies across distributed engineering groups.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with hands-on DevOps or platform engineering leadership.
• Strong coding and scripting skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, and at least one general‑purpose language (Go, Rust, or C#).

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction and standards for DevOps services to improve engineering quality and platform consistency.
• Build and evolve a data platform and semantic layer for AI-driven insights and automation.
• Optimize cloud-based development infrastructure for scalability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code to increase speed, stability, and developer productivity.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate across teams to drive platform adoption.
