LEGO Group in Copenhagen is seeking a Staff Engineer – Platform Engineering to shape technical direction across cloud enablement, container, edge, observability, and hosting platforms. You will align architecture standards and drive platform evolution across multiple product families.

You will connect long-term strategy with practical execution, enabling platform adoption at scale and strengthening leadership across Digital Platforms & Infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering cloud platform architecture for enterprise-scale environments.
• Built platform engineering capabilities that support multiple teams or products.
• Led distributed systems and infrastructure engineering initiatives with measurable impact.
• Established technical direction, standards, or architecture roadmaps across complex tech landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Establish clear technical direction across the Platform Engineering portfolio.
• Increase alignment across Cloud Enablement, Container Platform, Edge Platform, Observability and Hosting.
• Improve architectural consistency and platform adoption across Digital Technology.
• Support Lead Engineers in executing strategic technology decisions.
• Help modernize platform infrastructure while reducing technical debt.
