LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Director, Engineering Delivery Lead - Supply & Demand Technology to lead a global technology organization focused on supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and operational excellence. You will shape strategy, guide delivery, and develop leaders to create measurable business value across the organization.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, build capable teams, and modernize digital planning capabilities at scale.
