In this role, you will help improve how engineering is delivered across complex manufacturing and engineering environments by embedding Lean thinking, structured ways of working and strong performance management practices. You will play a key role in deploying the Engineering Delivery System, ensuring that teams, sites and programmes operate with greater clarity, alignment and consistency.

You will join the Engineering Systems & Performance Team, a global capability focused on improving how engineering is delivered across E&W. Working across sites, programmes and leadership teams, you will help bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring consistent ways of working and stronger delivery performance across the organisation.

This is a role for someone who enjoys working where change happens — partnering with leaders, solving real problems and helping teams perform at their best.

What you can expect
