Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a senior software sales leader to drive new business revenue from a SaaS license model in the EMEA region. You will plan accounts and territories, research prospects, and engage C-suite stakeholders to align IT roadmaps with ServiceNow solutions.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and trusted advisors to close strategic deals, with travel up to 50% as needed in a distributed, flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software or solutions sales experience.
• Proven track record of establishing trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Experience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C-Level relationships.
• Experience achieving sales targets.
• Experience leveraging AI in work processes or decision-making.
• Ability to understand the bigger picture and IT roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas across product sales.
• Oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategy with a broad virtual team.
• Advise customers on how ServiceNow can help their IT roadmap.
