Job summary

Veritaz AB is seeking a Product Coordinator for E-commerce to support end-to-end market roll-outs across multiple countries, translate business issues into technical requirements, and manage platform back-office configuration. You will coordinate readiness, test and go-live activities, analyze e-commerce KPIs, and work with ERP integrations, Excel datasets, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B e-commerce operations.
• Experience with order flows, pricing, quotes, user management and invoicing.
• Experience configuring customers, users, unit codes and assortments.
• Experience coordinating multi-country market roll-outs.
• Experience with setup, testing, communication, legal/compliance and go-live activities.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and integrations.
• Understanding of pricing, warehouse routing and order flows between systems.
• Experience with backlog management and prioritisation.
• Ability to distinguish defects, user stories and strategic features.
• Strong stakeholder management and meeting leadership skills.
• Ability to identify and elevate blockers independently.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of platform KPIs, BI tools and CRM data quality.
• Understanding of campaigns, promotion codes and discounts.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables and lookups.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and gradually take ownership of end-to-end market roll-outs
• Coordinate country launches including configuration, testing, communications and go-live
• Manage and prioritise a large multi-market backlog
• Triage defects and route issues to the appropriate system owner
• Translate business issues into technical requirements
• Manage day-to-day platform back-office configuration
• Configure customers, users, unit codes, assortments, discounts and customer settings
• Lead refinement sessions, stand-ups and go-live reviews
• Coordinate readiness checkpoints
• Prepare platform performance reports
• Coordinate campaigns, promotions and commercial requests
• Monitor monthly program budgets
• Analyse actuals versus forecast and highlight variances
• Work with ERP systems and integrations
• Analyse e-commerce KPIs such as orders, revenue and error rates
• Use Excel for large datasets, reporting and decision support
• Collaborate with markets, customers, vendors and technical stakeholders
