Job summary

VILA is looking for a Buying Coordinator to support the Cross Border Online (CBO) team, coordinating activities, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring deadlines, data and practical details are in place. You will work with major online partners and contribute to structured buying processes across markets.

The role emphasizes coordination, data handling and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, with English fluency and an interest in fashion helping you thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating or administrative roles, preferably in buying or fashion.
• Comfortable working with numbers, systems and product data.
• Ability to manage several tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Interest in fashion and buying helps understand context and products.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and follow up on projects, meetings and activities across the CBO team.
• Handle administrative tasks throughout the buying process and follow up on ongoing activities.
• Prepare presentations and reporting by collecting and structuring relevant data.
• Handle product and order creation, order follow-up and budget sheets.
• Coordinate supplier evaluations and follow up on relevant information.
• Manage our internal photo sample system and ensure samples are registered and available.
• Support follow-up on sustainability-related requirements with suppliers.
• Coordinate practical buying activities, including hangtags, labels and other ad hoc tasks that help keep the process on track.
