Job summary

Veritaz AB is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to drive multi-location rollout coordination. You will manage logistics, scheduling, and stakeholder communications across approximately 200 locations.

Ideal candidates bring experience in rollout/deployment projects, strong Excel/Microsoft 365 skills, and fluency in Swedish and English. This role requires proactive organization and the ability to handle many tasks in parallel.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as project/ rollout coordinator.
• Experience managing rollout across distributed locations.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft 365.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Book meetings and coordinate inventories with individual locations.
• Plan staffing, materials and logistics according to the project schedule.
• Ensure correct and complete project data is collected.
• Consolidate data into supplier ordering documentation.
• Maintain project schedules and timelines.
• Create and maintain checklists.
• Perform continuous status follow-up.
• Track activities across approximately 200 locations.
• Identify and manage deviations and potential delays.
• Escalate risks when activities are falling behind.
• Coordinate local teams, suppliers and project resources.
• Support smooth execution of the technical replacement rollout.
