Job summary

Veritaz AB seeks an IT Service Manager to coordinate HR IT matters, collect and prioritize HR requirements, and manage HR systems and integrations. You will support Workday implementations, incident management, and vendor coordination, aligning IT with HR business needs.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with HR specialists and IT teams, plus fluency in Swedish and English. Experience across Workday, Confluence, Freshservice, and Quinyx is preferred.

Qualifications

• Documented experience as an IT Service Manager, Application Manager, System Manager, Service Delivery Manager or similar.
• Strong experience working between business and IT and translating needs into tech solutions.
• Good understanding of HR processes and HR Master Data.
• Experience with HR systems and system management, including integrations.
• Experience with Workday implementation, administration, integrations or vendor management.
• Very good Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main IT contact and coordinator for HR IT matters.
• Collect, structure and prioritize HR business requirements.
• Manage and develop HR systems, integrations and related services.
• Support incident management, changes and continuous improvements.
• Coordinate vendors and external suppliers.
• Manage IT activities related to Workday implementation and transitions to operations.
• Support decommissioning of legacy systems and integrations after go-live.
• Support HR aspects of intranet transformation and system governance.
• Maintain HR system documentation and architecture in Confluence.
• Develop SAD documentation for Workday and support demand management.
